Refunds & Returns Policy

Allowable Timeframe for Refunds & Returns

We recommend that Buyer is to immediately inspect the product upon receipt of delivery and inform the E-Marketplace or the Seller directly within 24hrs should there be any issues.

It is also recommended that Buyer is to provide photos of the product to substantiate their request for refunds & returns.

***For a quicker resolution, we recommend Buyer to contact the individual Seller via Seller’s listed contact info or alternatively use the Contact Us option under each individual Seller’s profile or listed items.

The E-Marketplace operates on the following terms and conditions for our Refunds & Returns Policy:

The Buyer can activate Refunds & Returns option in the following scenarios:

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Defective or damaged product
  3. Size, colour and any other details that are different from the product that the Buyer ordered
  4. Perishable items are not allowed for Refunds & Returns unless the above conditions apply and Buyer must inform the E-Marketplace or the Seller directly within 24hrs.

In accordance of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and the individual seller reserves the right to prove that the item was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.
